Negative: Shower is adequate until water is used elsewhere = NO water. Particularly do nor flush the toilet and then attempt a shower until the toilet cistern has refilled!

Positive: Lovely little cottage with everything you might need. Easy drive into New Plymouth and so quiet.
Negative: No door in the main bedroom was a little unusual. Door to the sunroom was stuck.

Positive: We stayed during my daughters wedding. Great little place. Perfect for all our needs. Close enough to the venue for ease, far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a busy days celebration.
Negative: Only complaint would be pull out couch...a bit hard to sleep on because of base bars.

Positive: Host is lovely. Setting is great to relax and visit the nearby city. Problem with the oven was resolved as soon as humanly possible, and help cooking until then. The rental company were top notch in service also.
Negative: Nothing not to like. Just remember it's the countryside not the city, so some taps have lower water pressure. Shower not a problem though.

Positive: Nice quiet location. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Older property, but clean and tidy.
Negative: Difficult access - door badly deformed. Only one real bed- second bed (in the lounge) a foldout couch. No door on the sole bedroom.
